Villa Auriga—Marbella

Kenan and Loredana

Marbella is an internationally renowned destination where high end and cosmopolitan living define the atmosphere. The area attracts residents and visitors from around the world, reflected in its exclusive resorts, sought after marinas, fine dining, and vibrant social scene. This global influence is mirrored in the architecture, where iconic villas, sophisticated apartment complexes, and world-class developments combine modern elegance with Mediterranean refinement, creating an environment designed for comfort, prestige, and an international lifestyle.

We meet Kenan, Adi and Loredana inside their latest project Villa Auriga, the visionaries behind Amea, a company that delivers fully bespoke and comprehensive services spanning property search, development, project management, and interior design.

“Villa C. Auriga was a complete renovation project when we took it on. With a clear vision in mind, and supported by our experience and dedicated team, we immediately saw the potential to create a villa that embodies the Andalusian character and charm so many homebuyers in Marbella are seeking.”—Kenan

“For the interior, we wanted to combine this with a modern Scandinavian touch to create a harmonious and welcoming atmosphere. One of our key objectives was to work extensively with wood—both in the form of parquet flooring and in kitchen and wall details. By using generous amounts of wood, we create a warm, comfortable home that truly feels like a place to live, not just a property.”—Kenan

How did the decision process go with the floors?

We chose Chevron flooring in the shade 102 Sandhammaren, as it creates a beautiful balance against the darker wood elements throughout the house and is also strikingly beautiful in its own right. We have long worked with Chevron patterns in previous projects, but this time we selected larger dimensions to create a more exclusive and luxurious impression.
