Here, materials are allowed to speak at their own pace\u2014honest, tactile, and enduring\u2014where every choice carries clear intention. A solid Chevron wooden floor runs throughout the rooms, introducing a soft rhythm underfoot while naturally tying the spaces together with a sense of continuity. <\/p>\n<p>The selected plank flooring acts as a quiet foundation across the home. With its natural tone and living grain, it connects the different expressions of each room, allowing transitions to unfold without abrupt contrasts. The architecture responds quietly to its surroundings while introducing a contemporary clarity. The project comprises 25 residences, defined by thoughtful material choices, generous daylight, and proportions that emphasize longevity over the temporary. Sustainability has been a natural starting point throughout the entire process, where every decision\u2014from technical systems to materials and detailing\u2014has been made with care.
